Was the Mexican paramilitary group called Los Zetas trained in the Western Institute for Security Cooperation?

WHISC aka "La Escuela de Las Am�ricas" - if the answer is YES, then Could the U.S be behind terrorism in Mexico! ? or if the answer is NO, then, Can the FBI, The Mexican Military, and Interpol break on corruption terrorism and organized crime operating in North America ?
