Problem on a flight to Minneapolis?

I was on a flight w/ my gf to MSP and we were about to land. My gf got up because she had to go to the bathroom. Well the flight tech. said that she should sit down. She said no I have to go now. Well he said "Am I speaking english did you hear what I said, go sit down now. She turned around and stuck her toungue at him, He didnt notice. Would this get her into trouble if he would have seen her.
