Pigmentation problem in face and body....Any suggestions please?

I have this pigmentation problem for past 5years. Now its spreading and is in face, Neck, hands, , back, and legs. Its like a pacthed skin (like lines) and looks same way in all parts of body and i am worried about its spreading. I tried ayurveda and they give me some blood purification medicines which don't don'y have any results. I can't wear sarees or short sleeve dresses now. I am really desperate..any suggestions please???
