Do you think we are always saved if?

we make an insincere acceptance of Jesus Christ. For example an Atheist intellectually accepts with no sincere heartfelt emotion or intention of believing,then returns to their way, and expects to be saved in that terrible day anyway...I say NO.The Lord would not have known them at all.You can't con God.No way no how.
