Can I go on to get my bachelor's degree if my ociate's degree is from another state?

First of all, you don't need the AA degree in order to enter into a bachelor's program. Let's say you attended a community college before or another university. You just apply to a program at a university or several universities. They will then look at your grades and and cles and see if you are eligible. If you are, then they will take you. It doesn't really matter in which state you completed your courses thus far and most people that transfer to 4 year colleges do not have AA degrees. Mine was a waste for instance. It never did anything for me. It's only the cles that count. But the AA degree may still be good to have until you have the bachelor's. Gives you something to show for.
