Should we be more than friends?

Well first of all im not shy wih my friends but when its a guy im nervous if i like him. so this guy i met him like a week ago and i was really jealous when my friend was all over him and i wanted him to come to things with me and stuff(movies) but then when i found out he kinda likes me i dont wanna be mean but i dont wanna be with him. so im not overly flirty and stuff. I just think it wouldnt work cus he lives like two hours away....whatd do i do? tell him i like him again ( he already knows cus someone told) or just say i wanna be friends?
