Standard Deviation question?

I would say Chi-Yan because she is a more consistent golfer which means she will play the course and keep the ball in play more. Carol is a more inconsistent golfer and she will be all over the place, and golf is a game of consistencies. Carol will play better once in a while but Chi-Yan will win more than 75% of the time.
