How 2 handlea family matter?

My cousin moved in w/ me. Her and her B/F. They stayed here 2 months b4 we had a disagreement. She started working and became lazy . They would pile trash around trash can, leave dirty dishes , and just be fitly . I txt her 1 night while she was at work and said things have got to start getting done around here. She got mad. Among other reasons. I told her 2 move out! they did the next day . She ran my electric bill up to 235.00 and said she wasn't payin crap for the last set of bills coming in. which was the 235.00 Electric. She ran her mouth to family tryin to make me the bad guy. and even lied to police said I was haring her, I had to go to Police dept and give my story... as well as she did. She even went to my x and told him private personal things about me that she shouldn't have. Long story short. Im so mad at her b/c i tried helping her and she went physco when kicked out . Is it wrong of me to not forgive her and care less if i speak to her again?
