Republicans (cons) aren't intellectually as bright as democrats (libs) - really?

The Dems claim to be smarter must be why they love to raise taxes and slow down our economy, give away entitlements to make the poor dependent on them and thereby always have their vote and make it easy to kill our babies before they are born, just to name a few reasons for their highly developed intellect.
