Could my cat have Feline Dwarfism?

I have a kitten that i found orphaned in Mid-September. She was really small then and I bottle fed her for a few weeks. I have two other kittens who were born on March 3, 2008. They are "normal" sized cats. But the orphaned kittens adult Canine teeth are coming in (doesn't that make her around 4-5 months old?) now and she seems small. She weighs about 2 pounds and is around 14" long "rump" to shoulder and about 5-6" at the shoulder. She has the body proportions of a normal cat (not kitten). She eats regularly along with my other cats and is active and not sick. Could she have dwarfism? I read about it online. (also she is not pedigree to my knowlege).
