Would a presbyterian pastor marry you if you were already married by a justice of peace?

To have a minister/pastor/priest etc... perform a ceremony would be a blessing of your marriage. I don't know if Presbyterians have this service in their prayer/hymnals or not but the Episcopal church does. A friend of mine did this. Her intended was in a car wreck and not expected to live so they had a JP marry them at the hospital so they would be legally man and wife. Thankfully he made it and because they are religious they wanted to be able to say their vows in church in front of their family and friends so they had their vows blessed. It was NOT a renewal nor did anyone consider it to be one. Everybody was OK with this because of the cirstances.
