Why do insurance co. not pay?

my kids were in a bad wreck not my or my kids fault my son 13 yrs at the time had a broken pelvice a lot of asphalt burns stiches allover surgries to put 8in. stainles plate in to repair the pelvice allstate left us with $140,000 worth of bills had to go bankrupt your in good hands not if i find anybody from alstate i dont care if i go to jail i will if i get my hands on you if your from alstate
