Where can I purchase lithographs of the art of van Gogh, Munch, Chagall and Waterhouse?

It depends on the city you're in/near, but a museum of art would be the best place to try. The gift shops of museums can be a bit pricey, but it'd be the most convenient location to get prints of all those artists' works.
