Salam! why our mosques'imams have no opertunity to do any participate in our market?

salam! i go to mosques five times for offering salah,i am observing that our mosques'imams have no opertunity to stand equal to us,they are running their home expenses through zakat and other charities,if my real brother for example is an imam of any mosque how can i see bearing the presure from socity,i.e food cloth,future planning of his children settlement etc etc.
