Im experiencing impotence please help?

I'm taking focalin and I'm 16 years old. Ive been taking it since august and I can get somewhat of a ***** but i cant maintain it. like when my girlfriend rubs my , I don't know what to do I feel so shitty about this, I also notice that my libido seems a bit down. What do you think I should do?
