I'm confused about this girl. Help!?

Ok so there's this girl that I've been talking to for a month and a half now. We clicked instantaneously. We started hanging out a lot, she's even introduced me to her friends and invited me to her house for dinner and stuff many times. I feel like we're in a relationship because I think we're too close to be "just good friends" but we've never talked about being in a relationship. Just the other day I asked her if she thinks we would make a good couple and she responded with "meh". I don't know what it means, do I give her more time or am I hopeless in having her as my girlfriend?
