Boyfriend borrowed my truck when he returned it the transmission bad & it was trashed?

He drove my truck for over a year, then he decides to move on. I told him he'd have to bring my truck bask ASAP. When I got it back the transmission is shot (slipping badly & engine light on), trashed the tailgate, the inside is a complete wreck, upholstery & carpet is full of grease & dirt, seats are ripped and dents & scratched everywhere
