Only you know if you have truly done something wrong. If you feel you have done something wrong then a gesture without an ulterior motive would be appropriate. But just by what you wrote I think there is more to the story and you feel guilty and think you should do something. Only you can make that decision. Question for the girls: Bloating?

Is it normal to bloat 1 to 2 sizes 3 weeks before your next period? I'm a size 5 and maybe a week after my period, I bloat to a size 7 or more. And it stays that way up until my next period when I shrink back down to a size 5. I drink plenty of water and take diuretic pills. Is this normal?
